Job Description
1. Be responsible for responding to customers' after-sales inquiries, including product installation guidance, operation Q&A, troubleshooting of common faults, and providing professional and efficient solutions.
2.Accept customer complaints, return and exchange requests as well as maintenance applications, record customer feedback information, track the processing progress, ensure the closed-loop resolution of problems and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Be responsible for the development, maintenance and management of sales channels in the assigned region, and carry out the selection of agents, commercial negotiations, contract signing and execution and other related work.
2. Be responsible for achieving the sales targets in the assigned region.
3. Be responsible for the timely collection and submission of bidding information in the assigned region, undertake bidding work in accordance with the company's requirements, and be accountable for the entire bidding process and results.
4. Be responsible for collecting and analyzing market intelligence and sales performance, proposing regional sales and promotion plans, and executing the approved plans.
5. Assist channel agents in developing end customers and provide them with necessary support.
6. Provide necessary support for the company's after-sales service engineers, and be accountable for the quality and results of after-sales service.
